1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

313 Smart Solutions provides a cloud-based software platform that includes:

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- WhatsApp Business API integration

- Website and landing page builder

- Social media management tools

- Marketing automation workflows

- Analytics and reporting

- Additional features as described in your selected plan

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise).

2. FREE TRIAL

We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers:

- No credit card required to start the trial

- Access to features based on the plan you select

- Trial automatically expires after 14 days unless you upgrade to a paid plan

- We reserve the right to limit one free trial per business

- Trial users must comply with all terms of service

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

3.1 Payment Terms

- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance

- Prices are in USD as displayed at the time of purchase

- Payment is processed automatically on your subscription renewal date

- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

- PayPal

- Other methods as we may offer

3.3 Price Changes

- We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice

- Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle

- Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance

3.4 Taxes

- Prices do not include applicable taxes

- You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 You Can Cancel Anytime

- You may cancel your subscription at any time

- No cancellation fees

- No questions asked

- Cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting support

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

- Service continues until the end of your current billing period

- No prorated refunds for partial months

- Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation

- After 30 days, your account and data may be permanently deleted

4.3 How to Cancel

- Log in to your account

- Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription

- Or email support@300and13.com with "Cancel Subscription" in subject line

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 No Refunds

- All payments are non-refundable

- We do not provide refunds for partial months of service

- Free trial allows you to test the service before committing

5.2 Exceptions

- We may issue refunds at our sole discretion for:

* Billing errors

* Technical issues preventing service use

* Other circumstances we deem appropriate

6. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

- Enterprise Plan: Priority support + Direct WhatsApp + Dedicated account manager

6.2 Additional Support Services

- Premium support services are available for additional fees

- Custom implementation and setup: Contact for pricing

- One-on-one training sessions: Contact for pricing

- Custom development work: Contact for pricing

6.3 Support Limitations

- Support is provided in Arabic and English

- Support hours: Sunday-Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM Jordan Time

- Emergency support available for Enterprise plans only

7. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

- Send spam or unsolicited messages

- Violate any laws or regulations

- Infringe on intellectual property rights

- Distribute malware or harmful content

- Harass, abuse, or harm others

- Impersonate others or provide false information

- Engage in fraudulent activities

- Scrape or copy our platform

- Reverse engineer our software

- Resell the service without authorization

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

8. COMPLIANCE WITH ADVERTISING PLATFORMS

8.1 Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Compliance

- You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and Advertising Policies

- We are not responsible for your Meta account suspension

- WhatsApp Business API usage must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy

8.2 Google Compliance

- You must comply with Google Ads Policies and Terms of Service

- You are responsible for your Google account standing

- Misuse may result in service termination

8.3 Anti-Spam Laws

- You must comply with CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and local laws

- Obtain proper consent before sending marketing messages

- Include unsubscribe options in all marketing communications

- Outstanding payments remain due

- Provisions that should survive termination will continue

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

- Only written amendments signed by us are valid

- Unenforceable provisions will be modified to be enforceable

15.4 No Waiver

- Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right
